1. Platform Only

Flash-Stencil provides stencil generation tools only. Flash-Stencil.com is owned and operated by Von Striga LLC. By using this platform you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. User Content and Rights

You retain full ownership of your original uploaded images. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload and use any content you submit to Flash-Stencil.

3. Generated Outputs

Generated stencil images are provided "as-is." Flash-Stencil makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, quality, or tattoo suitability of any output.

4. No Professional Liability

Flash-Stencil is a software tool only. Flash-Stencil is not responsible for tattoo outcomes, design accuracy, artist interpretation, or client satisfaction. All professional decisions remain solely with the tattoo artist and client.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not upload or submit:

Copyrighted content you do not own or have explicit rights to use
Illegal, abusive, or harmful material of any kind
Content that violates the rights of any third party

6. DMCA and Copyright

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, contact us at support@flash-stencil.com with details of the claimed infringement. We will review and remove content where required by law.

7. No Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Von Striga LLC is not liable for use of generated images, tattoo results, or any damages or losses arising from use of this platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Von Striga LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your uploaded content or your use of generated images.

9. Limitation of Liability

In all cases, liability is limited to the amount you paid to Flash-Stencil in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Flash-Stencil at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Galveston County, Texas.
